If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return the puppy from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your puppy must have a problem declared by your veterinarian and in the same condition that you received it.
Your puppy must be in its original crate.
Your puppy must have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.
Once we receive the puppy we will inspect it and let you know that we have received the puppy and make sure everything you said was true. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund or change of puppy after inspecting the puppy.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (via the original payment method) or a change of puppy.
You will receive the funds instantly or the new puppy after a few hours depending on where you are and the flight.
We will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your puppy.
